Description: This PAUT-Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing calibration block, 75mm thick, is designed as an ASME Section V Article 4 Basic Calibration Block, but with holes spaced out on a longer, narrower block. The block features:
- Three holes, each 3/16" in diameter, drilled through the 1.500" width.
- Hole positions are at 1/4T, 1/2T, and 3/4T (where T represents the thickness of the block).
- Two EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) notches at 2% depth, 0.010" wide, and 1.500" long, located on opposite surfaces at one end of the block.
