STAINLESS STEEL TEST BLOCK (FOR WASHABILITY)
A straightforward and practical comparator for assessing the washability of water-washable or postemulsified penetrants is the stainless steel test block. When a product's capacity to be removed from a surface has diminished in comparison to new material, the "grit blasted" finish offers a rough surface that will retain background. SKC-S Cleaner/Remover should be used to completely clean and occasionally refinish the test block (grit blast).
MAGNETIC FLUX INDICATORS, TYPE G, SET OF 5
A set of five magnetic flux indicators, type G. During the magnetic particle testing process, adaptable indicators are utilised to find the proper levels of magnetic field intensity and directional orientation. The indicators, which are made of permeable magnetic steel sandwiched between two brass plates, are intended for repeated usage in establishing and checking the strength of the magnetic field in wet and dry MPI applications.

Plate with lead contacts. original headstock/tailstock contact plates are duplicated. Excellent contact with the test portion is made by the soft lead. Dimensions: 6-5/8" (168.275mm) x 6-3/4" (171.45mm) x 1/4" (6.35mm) thick. Fits all devices (except from the A-915 and the smaller MAG Series devices).
