• Contact & account data: name, email, phone, company, GST number, addresses you enter when ordering, requesting quotes or contacting us.
• Order & enquiry data: cart contents, quote requests, uploaded specification files, messages and support history.
• Technical data: login tokens, device/browser information and pages visited, used for security and performance.

3. How we use your data

• Process orders, quotations, deliveries, invoices and payments.
• Respond to contact messages, quote enquiries and support requests (typically within 24 hours).
• Send order, shipment and account-security emails. Marketing emails only with your consent.
• Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and comply with Indian tax and legal obligations (e.g. GST invoicing).

4. Sharing
